Secretary of the Department of Commerce must file an annual report by January 1 each year on workforce development funding for entrepreneurship programs

Report must include both the percentage and total dollar amount of workforce development funding supporting programs for individuals starting new businesses in Arkansas

Report must also cover funding for programs serving businesses established within the previous five years with principal place of business in Arkansas

Annual report must be filed with the Governor, House Committee on Insurance and Commerce, and Senate Committee on Insurance and Commerce

First annual report is due by January 1, 2027
