Reappropriates $671,398 from the Community Correction Revolving Fund for maintenance, acquisition, repair, construction, and renovation of Division of Community Correction facilities, effective July 1, 2025

Reappropriates $5,910,000 in cash funds for capital improvement projects including: elevators at SWACCC ($1,300,000), roof project at SWACCC ($3,500,000), parking lot repair at NECCC ($350,000), steam bundle and HVAC repairs at ECACCC ($110,000), tankless hot water systems at SWACCC ($175,000) and ECACCC ($150,000), and surveillance camera upgrades at Omega Facility ($125,000) and SWACCC ($200,000)

Continues unspent appropriation balances originally authorized in Act 83 of 2024 for the Division of Community Correction

Requires strict compliance with State Purchasing Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, and Revenue Stabilization Law for all disbursements

Includes emergency clause making the act effective July 1, 2025, with approval date of February 13, 2025
