Reappropriates up to $750,000 from the Arkansas Division of Heritage Special Fund Account for special maintenance, effective July 1, 2025, continuing funding originally provided in Act 87 of 2024

Reappropriates up to $14,317,956 from the Arkansas Natural and Cultural Resources Grant and Trust Fund for acquisition, management, stewardship, or preservation of state-owned lands, historic sites, buildings, structures, or objects

Agencies may accept and use federal grants, donations, and unobligated cash funds to supplement state treasury funds for these projects

All disbursements must comply with State Purchasing Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, and Department of Finance and Administration regulations

Contains an emergency clause making the act effective July 1, 2025 to ensure continuous agency operations; approved February 13, 2025
