Reappropriates $74,862,550 from the Development and Enhancement Fund for prison expansion costs, effective July 1, 2025

Allocates $458,496 for personal services and operating expenses at the Female Work Release facility in Pine Bluff, plus $651,015 for maintenance and upgrades of existing Division of Correction facilities

Provides $300,000 from cash funds for generators at the Wrightsville Unit and $85,336 for replacement of the Water Treatment Plant at Tucker Unit

Reappropriates $1,000,000 for various prison industry projects and $1,140,534 for various farm projects from their respective dedicated funds

Contains an emergency clause making all appropriations effective July 1, 2025, with disbursements subject to State Purchasing Law and fiscal control regulations
