Reflects the consolidation of hundreds of part-time local municipal, city, and district court judges into 70 full-time state district court judges over the past 25 years

Follows a 2025 Arkansas Supreme Court directive requiring the Administrative Office of the Courts to assist district judges in forming a new Arkansas District Judges Judicial Council similar to the circuit court model
