Prohibits public employees from providing advance notice of government inspections to any person, business, or entity subject to inspection when the purpose is to improperly influence the outcome

Violation occurs when an employee knowingly communicates inspection timing, scope, or details with intent to help evade detection of noncompliance, provide unfair advantage, or interfere with inspection integrity

Employees found in violation face disciplinary action including suspension, termination, and other penalties provided by law

Exempts routine scheduling disclosures required by law, public safety notifications, and official communications necessary for proper administration of inspections

Amends Arkansas Code § 21-8-304 and was approved on March 18, 2025
