Driver's licenses issued to individuals with valid nonimmigrant visas must display "Non-Citizen" on the face and "Not valid for federal identification purposes or voter identification purposes," and must be printed in a vertical/portrait format distinct from standard licenses

Noncitizen driver's licenses cannot be used for voter identification purposes at polling locations, with election officials required to receive training on recognizing and refusing these licenses

The Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration must provide monthly reports to the Secretary of State listing all driver's license holders with nonimmigrant visa status

If a noncitizen license holder is found registered to vote, the county clerk must cancel their voter registration and the Department of Finance and Administration must immediately suspend their driver's license

Licenses issued to nonimmigrant visa holders must expire no later than the expiration date of their visa status
