Participants using dirtbikes on private property assume all inherent risks of dirtbike use, including injuries from surface variations, collisions with objects, operator error, animal attacks, and lack of nearby medical facilities

Private property owners who allow dirtbike use are shielded from liability for injuries or deaths resulting from inherent risks of dirtbike use

Liability protections do not apply to employer-employee relationships covered under Arkansas Workers' Compensation Law (§ 11-9-101 et seq.)

Property owners remain liable if they intentionally injure participants, commit gross negligence, provide knowingly unsafe dirtbikes, fail to exercise ordinary care, or engage in willful misconduct or criminal conduct
