AR HB1518

Creates a new criminal offense in Arkansas for knowingly creating, distributing, possessing, or viewing AI-generated or computer-generated depictions of children engaging in sexually explicit conduct

Applies to visual depictions that are "indistinguishable" from authentic images, defined as appearing to an ordinary person to be an authentic depiction

Covers a broad range of distribution activities including selling, trading, mailing, publishing, advertising, or offering such material through any means

First offense is classified as a Class C felony; subsequent offenses are elevated to Class B felony

Amends Arkansas Code § 5-27-601 (computer crimes against minors definitions) and adds new section 5-27-611
