Repeals Arkansas Code Title 20, Chapter 48, Subchapter 6, known as the "Location Act for Community Homes for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities"

Eliminates state-mandated zoning protections that required Family Homes I (up to 8 residents) and Family Homes II (9-15 residents) to be treated as permitted uses in residential zones without requiring special permits or variances

Removes density controls that limited the number of community homes based on city population and required minimum distances of 300-3,000 feet between homes

Eliminates the provision that voided private property restrictions (deed covenants, subdivision rules) prohibiting use of residential property as community homes for individuals with disabilities
