Creates two new license types under the Arkansas Real Estate Commission: property management broker and property management associate, separate from traditional real estate broker and salesperson licenses

Establishes education requirements of 60 hours for property management brokers and 30 hours for property management associates, covering landlord-tenant law, fair housing, ADA compliance, trust accounts, and contract law

Requires property management broker applicants to have 2 years of experience as a licensed property management associate, managing at least 7 residential/commercial units, or a combination of both

Sets license fees not to exceed $80 for property management broker licenses and $60 for property management associate licenses, with similar caps on renewal and expired license fees

Mandates the Arkansas Real Estate Commission to post a "Property Management Licensee Information" link on its website and promulgate implementing rules by June 1, 2026
