Changes the Board of Corrections reporting requirement from a biennial report (due 6 months before each regular legislative session) to an annual report submitted after each fiscal year covering both the Division of Correction and Division of Community Correction

Eliminates the separate July 31 annual report that the Division of Community Correction previously submitted to the Legislative Council, consolidating this information into the Board of Corrections' combined annual report

Requires the combined annual report to include statistics on persons sentenced or transferred to the Division of Community Correction by criminal offense classification, including racial demographic breakdowns

Removes the Director of the Division of Correction's duty to submit a separate annual report, as this information is now incorporated into the Board of Corrections' consolidated report

Retains the Division of Community Correction's quarterly reporting requirement to the Legislative Council (or Joint Budget Committee during sessions) on parole/probation officer vacancies and average caseloads
