Amends Arkansas Freedom of Information Act to exempt personal information of elected constitutional officers (Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, Secretary of State, etc.), judicial officials, and elected county officials from public record disclosure

Protected information includes home addresses, personal phone numbers, email addresses, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, bank and credit card information, dates of birth, license plates, and vehicle registration details

Extends protections to immediate family members, including spouses, former spouses, domestic partners, children, parents, and relatives sharing the same permanent address

Prohibits governmental entities from posting or displaying protected personal information on websites, social media accounts, land records terminals, or land records websites

Requires governmental entities to remove protected personal information within 3 days of receiving a written request from the covered official
