Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission must be reimbursed from the General Revenue Fund for lost revenue from free or discounted annual resident combination sportsman hunting and fishing licenses created by statute after this act's effective date

Commission required to maintain accounting of lost revenue and submit it to the Department of Finance and Administration on or before June 30 of each fiscal year

Department of Finance and Administration must deposit the reimbursement amount into the Game Protection Fund within 30 days of receiving the accounting

All accounting records are subject to audit by the Treasurer of State

Reimbursements are contingent upon appropriation by the General Assembly
