Law enforcement officers arresting a concealed handgun licensee must notify the Director of Arkansas State Police rather than confiscating and forwarding the physical license

Removes the requirement that licenses be held pending charge determination and disposition

Eliminates the 30-day notification requirement for lost concealed handgun licenses; licensees must still notify within 30 days of an address change

Removes requirements for duplicate/replacement licenses including the fee payment to State Police, notarized statement of loss, and 50% fee reduction for those 65 and older

Licensees may now carry and display an electronic copy of their license (removing the previous "acceptable electronic format" specification) along with valid identification when carrying a concealed handgun
