Reduces the Arkansas Fair Housing Commission from 13 voting members to 7 members with simplified qualification requirements

Governor appoints 5 members with knowledge or experience in real estate, homebuilding, mortgage lending, banking, or related fields, subject to Senate confirmation

President Pro Tempore of the Senate and Speaker of the House of Representatives each appoint 1 member who has demonstrated active involvement or interest in fair housing issues

Eliminates previous requirements for specific industry representation quotas (licensed real estate brokers, homebuilders, mortgage brokers, bankers) and consumer advocate positions

Existing commission members continue serving until their terms expire, with new membership requirements implemented as terms end or vacancies occur; approved April 14, 2025
