Amends Arkansas Code § 17-42-307(c) to create continuing education exemptions for real estate licensees who are 72 years of age or older and have held an active Arkansas license for 25 consecutive years or more

Salesperson and associate broker licensees qualify for exemption if they have no disciplinary action and no delinquent continuing education requirements during the 5 years preceding renewal

Principal broker and executive broker licensees must additionally ensure no licensees under their supervision have disciplinary actions or delinquent continuing education during the preceding 5 years

Executive Director of the Arkansas Real Estate Commission may also waive continuing education requirements for extenuating circumstances, health-related concerns, or in recognition of achievements including legislative service

Approved exemptions may be revoked following disciplinary action, and denied exemptions may be appealed to the commission
