The Association of Arkansas Development Organizations administers the program, disbursing 50% of funds upon approval and 50% when recipients meet at least half their relocation goals

Grant recipients must submit quarterly reports detailing application numbers, approved incentives, costs per individual, income/occupation data, and economic impact including tax revenue generated
