Excluded from coverage are dental-only plans, vision-only plans, disability income plans, workers' compensation plans, accident-only plans, and long-term care-only plans

"Quality assurance laboratory" is defined as an entity that tests AI performance and ensures it meets standards for accuracy, reliability, safety, and ethical considerations
