Amends Arkansas Code § 25-16-718 to expand the Attorney General's authority to manage both settlement funds and civil penalties for which the law does not specify a use

Requires the Attorney General to distribute funds for consumer restitution, payments to state agencies with nexus to the litigation, attorney's fees, deposits to the Consumer Education and Enforcement Account, or operational expenses and grants

Mandates quarterly reports to the Legislative Council or Joint Budget Committee detailing all cash funds received, including case names, amounts, and disbursement plans

Reports must itemize specific expenditures, consumer education activities funded, and provide rationale when funds are given to specific entities not designated by court orders

Quarterly reports are due by the fifteenth day of the month following each quarter's end; bill approved April 16, 2025
