Minimum reimbursement for ground ambulance services (both in-network and out-of-network) must equal rates contracted between the ambulance provider and local government entity under § 14-266-105

Beginning July 1, 2025, when no local government rates exist, minimum reimbursement is the lesser of 325% of the Medicare Ambulance Fee Schedule (Arkansas Rural Rate) or the provider's billed charges
