Amends Arkansas Code § 17-42-316 to allow multiple clients who consent to dual agency representation by the same real estate licensee to contractually waive the licensee's primary duty of absolute fidelity

Permits disclosure of confidential information to be limited by contract when a licensee acts as an authorized dual agent, including information that could materially compromise a client's negotiating position

Requires disclosure of confidential information only when mandated by law or authorized in writing by the client under dual agency arrangements

Creates an exception to the general rule that licensee duties cannot be waived, specifically for dual agency situations where clients consent to modified confidentiality and fidelity obligations
