Establishes enhanced minimum prison sentences for adults 18 or older who commit felonies against children while in a position of trust or authority over the child

Applies to felony offenses including homicide, kidnapping, sexual offenses, voyeurism, human trafficking, child exploitation, use of children in sexual performances, and computer crimes against minors

Sets minimum imprisonment terms by felony class: 30 years for Class Y, 15 years for Class A, 10 years for Class B, 5 years for Class C, and 1 year for Class D felonies

Requires prosecutors seeking enhanced penalties to include notice and supporting allegations in the information or indictment
