AR HB1882

Expands the definition of "enrollable Medicaid beneficiary population" to include populations designated by the Governor and approved by the Legislative Council, in addition to existing covered and voluntary populations

Grants the Governor new authority to designate which Medicaid beneficiary groups can be enrolled in the provider-led organized care system, subject to Legislative Council approval

Requires the Medicaid provider-led organized care system to exempt services provided under the 340B Drug Pricing Program if Arkansas Health and Opportunity for Me Program populations are designated as enrollable

Amends Arkansas Code § 20-77-2703(7) and § 20-77-2705 under the Medicaid Provider-Led Organized Care Act
