AR HB1925

Requires absentee ballot voter statements to be witnessed by at least one individual who is 18 years of age or older

Exempts certain voters from the witness requirement: those with illness or physical disability, residents of long-term care or residential facilities, those observing religious disciplines or holidays, and active-duty military members (or their spouses/dependents) residing outside the county

Adds witness signature fields to the voter statement form requiring printed name, signature, and mailing address

Updates the voter statement to include perjury penalties of up to $10,000 fine or up to 10 years imprisonment, or both, for providing false information
