Bars local governments from using zoning authority to grant exclusive rights to vertiport owners, while requiring them to promote reasonable access to advanced air mobility services

Applies to vertiports operated by FAA-authorized advanced air mobility operators engaged in interstate passenger or cargo services; approved April 17, 2025
