Founded promotional events Blues on the River and Juneteenth, raising over $140,000 for The Watershed, a Little Rock nonprofit organization

Currently serves as program director at Cumulus Media and KIPR Power 92.3 Jams in Little Rock, and hosts the "Broadway Joe Talk Show" and "Broadway Joe Video Show," the first Little Rock urban music video program

Supports numerous community causes including the Power 92 Jammers basketball team, Jacksonville Mighty Vikings youth football, Little Rock's Crisis Team and Gang Task Force, and the national OK Program mentoring African American men and boys
