Commemorates the 75th anniversary of the Sport Fish Restoration Program, established by the Federal Aid in Sport Fish Restoration Act of 1950 and expanded by the Wallop-Breaux amendment in 1984

Recognizes that since 1939, the Wildlife and Sport Fish Restoration Program combined with license fees has contributed over $78 billion to state fish and wildlife agencies

Acknowledges the funding model where manufacturers' excise taxes on fishing equipment, motorboat fuel, and small engine fuels are distributed to states through the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service

Honors anglers, boaters, the sportfishing industry, state agencies, and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for restoring fish and aquatic resource populations

Directs the Chief Clerk to provide copies of the resolution to the Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission, Arkansas congressional offices, and media sources
