Authorizes a maximum of 502 regular employees across administrative, academic, and auxiliary positions, with the Chancellor position at $208,138 maximum annual salary

Permits up to 225 part-time or temporary "Extra Help" employees at rates consistent with the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act
