Establishes a maximum of 341 regular employees across administrative, academic, and auxiliary enterprise positions, with the Chancellor position capped at $208,138 annually

Authorizes up to 60 temporary or part-time "Extra Help" employees at pay rates consistent with the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act
