Authorizes a maximum of 261 regular employees across administrative, academic, and auxiliary positions, with the Chancellor position capped at $208,138 annually

Permits up to 60 part-time or temporary "Extra Help" employees at rates consistent with the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act

Takes effect July 1, 2025 under an emergency clause, with approval date of February 13, 2025
