Expands the definition of "audiology" in Arkansas Code § 17-100-103 to explicitly include evaluating, diagnosing, managing, and treating auditory or vestibular conditions in the human ear

Authorizes audiologists to prescribe, order, sell, dispense, or fit hearing aids and externally fit sound processors for osseointegrated devices and cochlear implants

Permits audiologists to conduct health screenings, remove foreign bodies or cerumen from the ear canal, order (but not interpret) cultures, bloodwork, and radiographic imaging related to auditory or vestibular conditions, and perform in-office nonradiographic testing

Explicitly excludes from audiology practice: surgery, osseointegrated device surgery, cochlear implant surgery, radiographic imaging preparation/performance, and interpretation of cultures, bloodwork, or imaging for diagnosis or treatment

Adds a new definition for "sound processor" as a nonsurgical, external unit that attaches to an internal osseointegrated device or cochlear implant
