Authorizes a maximum of 5,591 regular employees and 3,208 temporary or part-time "Extra Help" employees for fiscal year 2025-2026

Appropriates $800,000 from circuit court filing fees for the University of Arkansas School of Law and $250,000 for Partners for Inclusive Communities autism support programs
