Ratifies the Arkansas Code Revision Commission's merger of Acts 2023, No. 444 and No. 460 regarding procedures for duplicating damaged or defective ballots that cannot be read by electronic vote tabulating devices

Corrects a reference error in independent expenditure reporting requirements by changing the threshold from "five-hundred-dollar" to "two-hundred-dollar"

Changes the conjunction from "and" to "or" in the statute concerning interference with initiative petitions and misrepresentation of petition purposes

Specifies that the act makes only technical corrections to the Arkansas Code of 1987, not substantive changes, and shall not repeal any other acts passed during the 95th General Assembly
