Reappropriates up to $34,092,485 in capital improvement funds for the Secretary of State, effective July 1, 2025, continuing balances from Act 106 of 2024

Allocates $15,000,000 for statewide voting machine equipment replacement and $4,000,000 for Business and Commercial Services System updates

Provides $12,500,000+ for State Capitol building repairs including HVAC upgrades ($6,500,000), roof and window repair ($2,500,000), stone restoration on the East Side ($3,500,000), and electrical/plumbing work

Funds $1,500,000 for "Green" Initiatives including ventilation cleaning, energy efficiency improvements, and Compressed Natural Gas vehicle conversion

Reappropriates $425,000 from the Arkansas Natural and Cultural Resources Grant and Trust Fund for historic document digitalization and preservation
