Reappropriates $324,198 effective July 1, 2025 from the Development and Enhancement Fund for maintenance, renovation, construction, and repair of state-owned real property and facilities

Reappropriates $364,585 effective July 1, 2025 from the Arkansas Natural and Cultural Resources Grant and Trust Fund for acquisition, management, stewardship, or preservation of state-owned lands, historic sites, buildings, and structures

Prohibits contracts or obligations exceeding available State Treasury funds, though agencies may accept grants, donations, and federal funds to supplement appropriations

Includes emergency clause making the act effective July 1, 2025 to ensure continuity of agency operations
