Reappropriates up to $101,000 from the Development and Enhancement Fund to the Department of Commerce - State Insurance Department, effective July 1, 2025

Continues funding originally provided in Act 110 of 2024 for cemetery maintenance and operations costs for insolvent perpetual care cemeteries that have been in court-ordered receivership or conservatorship for five years or more

Allows funds to be used for cemetery acquisition costs (not to exceed $1,000 plus necessary purchase costs) or for grants to non-profit/government entities for historic perpetual care cemeteries

Requires compliance with State Purchasing Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, and other fiscal control regulations

Includes an emergency clause making the act effective July 1, 2025, with approval date of February 13, 2025
