Continues requiring public schools to use curriculum programs from the state-approved list or submit rationale and evidence-based research for alternative programs, with parent notification required if using non-approved curricula

Preserves literacy tutoring grant uses including high-dosage tutoring from state-approved providers trained in the science of reading and evidence-based digital literacy applications
