Secretary of State must disqualify all petition signatures collected by a canvasser found by preponderance of evidence to have violated Arkansas laws on canvassing, perjury, forgery, or fraudulent practices in obtaining signatures during the current election cycle

Applies to both initiative petitions and referendum petitions, including constitutional amendments

Declared an emergency measure to take effect immediately upon Governor's approval (signed 3/12/25) to apply to the 2026 general election cycle

Contains severability clause ensuring remaining provisions stand if any portion is found invalid
