Appropriates $159,195,881 from the Game Protection Fund for personal services and operating expenses of the Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission for fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, including $45,121,544 for regular salaries and $17,238,903 for construction

Authorizes a maximum of 647 regular employees and 185 temporary or part-time "Extra Help" employees, with the AGFC Director position capped at $170,437 annually

Allocates $20,000,000 for Greentree reservoir renovation and wetland habitat restoration, $13,250,000 for Black River Wildlife Management Area restoration, and $6,000,000 for the Marine Fuel Tax Program to improve waterway access

Provides $5,000,000 from gas lease revenues for maintenance, capital projects, land acquisition, conservation easements, grants, and disaster response

Restricts the AGFC Director's salary increases to no more than 5% above their June 17, 2025 salary without prior Legislative Council or Joint Budget Committee approval
