Amends Arkansas Code § 27-35-301(2) to update the definition of "manufactured home unit"

Removes "office, or classroom" from the types of structures included in the definition, limiting it to dwellings only

Retains the size threshold of structures more than 8 feet in width or 60 feet in length that can be moved on highways with a pulling vehicle
