Repeals mandatory gas odorization requirements and the requirement for dealers to conduct annual safety meetings with employees handling liquefied petroleum gases

Authorizes the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board to require initial, recurring, and annual training for permit holder employees, with proof of training required for permit renewals and certification suspension/revocation for non-compliance

Allows the Board to adopt National Fire Protection Association Standards through rulemaking and streamlines the Board's rulemaking authority

Eliminates requirements for class two, three, five, and ten permit applicants to provide certified or notarized financial statements compiled within 60 days

Repeals statutory specifications for vapor pressure limits and container strength requirements for butane (125 lbs/sq inch) and propane (250 lbs/sq inch), as well as requirements for retail sellers to provide monthly account statements to customers with credit balances of $20 or more; certain sections effective April 1, 2026
