Removes all references to write-in candidates from Arkansas election law, effectively eliminating the write-in voting option in the state

Deletes the requirement that election officials first count ballots for write-in votes before proceeding with other tabulation methods

Repeals the requirement for write-in candidates to file a political practices pledge at the time of filing notice to be a write-in candidate

Removes the deadline for filing as a write-in candidate from the required content of calling documents for vacancy elections
