First offense of sexual solicitation reclassified from an unclassified misdemeanor (up to 90 days imprisonment and/or $2,000 fine) to a Class A misdemeanor

Second or subsequent offense elevated from an unclassified misdemeanor (up to 1 year imprisonment and/or $3,500 fine) to a Class D felony

Removes the specific sentencing guidelines previously outlined in statute, replacing them with standard penalty classifications
