Requires health benefit plans offered, issued, or renewed in Arkansas after January 1, 2026 to cover clinical genetic testing for inherited cancer mutations when recommended by a healthcare professional for enrollees with personal or family history of cancer

Mandates coverage for evidence-based cancer imaging for enrollees with increased cancer risk, following National Comprehensive Cancer Network clinical practice guidelines

Applies to health insurance issuers, health maintenance organizations, hospital and medical service corporations, and nonprofit agricultural membership organizations

Excludes Medicaid, workers' compensation, state/local government employee plans, accident-only plans, disability income plans, and dental/vision-only plans from the coverage requirements

Includes provisions to maintain health savings account eligibility under federal tax law, with special treatment for preventive care services under 26 U.S.C. § 223
