Eliminates the requirement for hotels, restaurants, and large-event facilities to establish a nonprofit corporation to obtain a private club permit in counties where public retail sale of intoxicating liquors is not authorized

Allows corporations, partnerships, individuals, and limited liability companies to directly apply for hotel, restaurant, or large-event facility private club permits while still complying with other permit requirements

Adds restaurants as eligible facilities for private club permits, requiring seating capacity for at least 100 people; hotels must have 80+ lodging rooms and 5,000+ sq. ft. of public space; large-event facilities need 10,000+ sq. ft.

Sets permit fees at $1,500/year for hotels and restaurants (plus additional $1,500 application fee in areas without local liquor sales approval) and $2,500/year for large-event facilities

Removes requirements related to nonprofit membership structures, including locker/pool/revolving fund systems for alcoholic beverages, while maintaining that guests must be members or guests of members to consume alcohol on premises
