Appropriates $3,900,000 to the Department of Education - Division of Elementary and Secondary Education for out-of-school time program grants for fiscal year ending June 30, 2026

Eligible programs must operate at least 12 hours weekly, four days per week during the school year, and provide evidence-based academic enhancement aligned with state curriculum standards

Programs must include at least two of five activity areas: STEM, academic support, goal setting/leadership, career exposure/workforce readiness, or community service

Grant recipients must be qualified 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(4) organizations operating for more than 5 years with at least 50% of funding from non-state sources

Takes effect July 1, 2025 and expires June 30, 2026
