Arkansas Wine Producers Council transfers from the Department of Commerce to the Tourism Division of the Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism via cabinet-level department transfer

All statutory authority, powers, duties, personnel, property, contracts, and unexpended appropriations transfer to the new department

Existing orders, rules, directives, and standards of the Council remain in effect until amended or repealed

Tourism Development Trust Fund revenues will now be used by Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism exclusively for wine tourism promotion in Arkansas

Effective date is July 1, 2025, declared as emergency to align with departmental appropriation bills and ensure uninterrupted Council services
