Repeals the requirement for the Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration to submit annual reports to the House and Senate Revenue and Taxation Committees regarding changes in federal income tax laws and regulations

Maintains the Secretary's duty to monitor federal income tax law changes to determine how they affect Arkansas income tax law and how they differ from Arkansas provisions

Eliminates the Secretary's authority to make discretionary additional reports to the Revenue and Taxation committees on federal tax changes

Amends Arkansas Code § 10-3-220 by striking subsection (b), which contained the reporting requirements
