Creates a new offense for operating a passenger car, pickup truck, SUV, or panel truck on public roads when the vehicle's suspension, frame, or chassis has been modified to raise the front bumper at least 4 inches higher than the rear bumper

First offense within a 12-month period results in a $250 fine

Second or subsequent offense within a 12-month period results in a $500 fine

Third offense within a 12-month period results in a $500 fine plus a 12-month driver's license suspension from the date of conviction

Classified as a strict liability offense, meaning no proof of intent is required for conviction
